Cranking ’em out at the Standard Tap!

An evening’s worth of holiday wishes for all !

Setting a new house record –we bundled up 54 hand-written, sincere letters by evening’s end, in the cozy second floor of the Standard Tap.  The fireplace was fully involved, and sweaters wound up draped all over the place as a bar full of scribes sent letters to Cambridge MA., Willow Grove, PA and to every single member of the Winters family.

The prose was flowing at the end of the bar.

All in all, an excellent showing for the penultimate Publetters of 2014.  Join us next Tuesday, Dec. 16, at FERGIE’S PUB, 1214 Sansom St., for the last Publetters this year. We will have all our first-name stamps on hand: Wilt, Ray, Jimi, Janis, Madonna and Rudolf–as well as stamps for Hanukkah, Kwanzaa and a few other events!  7-9pm, and FREE, of course.   LOOKING AHEAD: PUBLETTERS returns to the Standard Tap for all of February, including Valentine’s Day, so brush up your Shakespeare. Where will we be in JANUARY, 2015?

An announcement will be made here shortly!
